Our 2 room apartment on the 1st floor is suitable for 2 to 3 people. Here, too, you have a direct view of Plaza Italia Park. When you enter the apartment, you come into the living room area with an open kitchen corner. The separate bathroom has a walk-in shower. The apartment also has a separate bedroom for 2 people. If you are traveling with a small child, we can also put a cot in the bedroom for you (if you wish). The bedroom is definitely spacious and has a balcony door to a screened balcony. If necessary, you can dry your laundry here, the washing machine is integrated in the kitchen.
The monthly rent is € 500.00 including electricity, water, and internet.
